This document describes how the personal data of users who consult the Arvio Partners site, and of those who send a request through the contact form or by email, is processed.
Data controller
The data controller is Arvio Partners. To obtain the controller’s full identifying details and for any request concerning personal data, you may write to info@arviopartners.com.
Data collected
Through the contact form, the data the user provides voluntarily is collected: full name, company, role, email address, an optional telephone number, the selected profile, and the descriptive text of the context. For communications by email, the data contained in the message is processed. During the consultation of the site, the hosting server records technical operating data, including the IP address and information relating to the browser.
Purposes and legal basis
The data provided through the form is processed to respond to the request and to assess a possible professional relationship. The legal basis consists of the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject and the legitimate interest of the controller in following up on the contact. The technical browsing data is processed for purposes of security and the correct functioning of the site.
Retention period
The contact data is retained for the time necessary to manage the request and any relationships arising from it. Once those purposes have been fulfilled, the data is deleted.
Disclosure of data
The data is neither sold nor disseminated. It may be processed, on behalf of the controller, by the technical providers necessary to deliver the site, in particular the hosting service, appointed as data processors and bound to the same purposes. The processing takes place within the European Economic Area.
Cookies
The site uses only technical cookies and integrates no profiling or third-party tracking tools. The typefaces are served locally, with no requests to external services. For details, see the cookie policy.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject may exercise at any time the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing, and data portability. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data is also recognized. Requests may be sent to info@arviopartners.com.
Changes
The controller may update this notice in the event of changes to the processing or the regulatory framework. The date shown at the top indicates the latest revision.
